Upload Preferences
Upload Preferences let you choose how Vyredo sends large video files from your device to the cloud.
Pick the mode that best matches your internet connection.
High-Speed Mode
High-Speed mode sends larger 10 MB chunks during upload.
It is best for fast, stable connections, such as fibre broadband or a reliable studio network, where larger chunks can move quickly without interruption.
Normal Mode
Normal mode uses smaller 5 MB chunks.
It is better for slower or less stable connections because less data needs to be retried if one part of the upload fails.
Choosing the Right Mode
If uploads are failing, pausing, or stalling, switch to Normal mode.
If your connection is strong and you want faster uploads, use High-Speed mode. You can change this setting at any time.
Upload Behaviour
Both upload modes use parallel chunks, show real-time progress, and keep upload state while you move around the app.
If an upload is interrupted, Vyredo can continue from the failed part instead of starting the entire file again.
