Send via Email
Send galleries through branded delivery emails, complete with your logo, message, and a clear button that takes clients straight to their gallery.
Composing an Email
Open the email delivery panel from the gallery page.
Add one or more recipient email addresses, write a subject line, and include a message for your client. If you want a copy for your records, you can BCC yourself before sending.
Email Preview
The live preview shows how the email will look before it reaches your client.
As you update the message, colours, branding, or layout options, the preview refreshes so you can check the experience before sending.
Customising Email Appearance
You can tailor the delivery email to match your studio.
Choose whether to show your brand name, logo, message, background image, call-to-action button, social icons, and Vyredo watermark. You can also set colours for the button, email body, and surrounding page background.
Scheduling Emails
If you do not want to send immediately, schedule the email for a specific date and time.
This is useful when you want the gallery to arrive at a planned moment, such as after a client call, anniversary, launch, or agreed delivery time.
Email History
Each sent email is recorded in the gallery's email history.
Use this history to confirm when a delivery was sent, who received it, and what message was included. It is helpful for records, follow-ups, and client communication.
