Managing Videos
After your videos are uploaded, you can decide exactly how they appear to your client.
Use the gallery controls to arrange the order, choose thumbnails, add chapters, hide drafts, replace files, or remove videos you no longer need.
Reordering Videos
Drag and drop videos in the gallery management view to change the order.
The order you set here is the order your client will see in the public gallery, so you can lead with the main film, place teasers first, or group related videos together.
Custom Thumbnails
Vyredo creates a thumbnail for each uploaded video, but you can choose your own.
Play the video, pause on the frame you want, and capture it as the thumbnail. If you already have a designed image or cover frame, you can upload that instead.
Chapter Markers
Chapters help clients move through longer films without scrubbing blindly.
Play the video to the moment you want to mark, add a chapter, and give it a clear title. The chapters appear as clickable points in the player, making speeches, ceremony moments, or key scenes easy to find.
Video Visibility
You can show or hide individual videos without deleting them.
This is useful when you are uploading in stages, keeping an alternate cut private, or preparing a gallery before everything is ready for the client.
Replacing a Video
If you need to update a delivered video, use Replace instead of deleting and uploading again.
The new file takes the place of the old one while keeping the same gallery link, position, chapters, and analytics history where possible.
Deleting Videos
You can delete individual videos from a gallery when they are no longer needed.
Vyredo will ask you to confirm before removing the file. Deletion is permanent, so make sure you have a local backup or final archive before continuing.
