Style Presets

Style presets save your favourite gallery designs so you can reuse them quickly.

They are ideal for keeping a consistent brand style across deliveries while still allowing each gallery to be customised.

Saving a Preset

When you have a gallery design you like, save it as a preset from Studio.

Give the preset a name that will make sense later, such as Classic Wedding, Dark Editorial, or Minimal Brand. Each user can save up to 3 presets.

To use a preset, open Studio for a new or existing gallery and choose it from your saved presets.

The saved theme, colours, fonts, background, and branding settings are applied together, giving you a faster starting point.

If your style changes, you can update an existing preset with your current Studio settings.

This lets your presets evolve with your brand without using an extra preset slot.

Presets include the visual design choices: theme, colours, fonts, sizing, background settings, and header style.

They do not include gallery-specific details such as videos, titles, passwords, client names, or sharing settings. Those stay unique to each gallery.
