Password Protection
Password protection adds a simple privacy step before visitors can open a gallery.
Use it for private client deliveries, sensitive events, or any gallery that should only be viewed by people who have the password.
Enabling Password Protection
Open the gallery settings and turn on Password Protection.
Enter the password you want your client to use, then save your changes. Share the password separately from the gallery link, especially when the gallery contains private or sensitive content.
How It Works
When someone opens a protected gallery, they will see a password screen before the videos load.
They must enter the correct password to continue. If they do not have it, they cannot access the gallery content.
Changing the Password
You can update the password at any time from the gallery settings.
Once you save a new password, the old one stops working. Send the updated password to anyone who still needs access.
Combining with Other Controls
Password protection can be used with other delivery controls.
For example, you can add a password and also set a temporary access expiry, or send the gallery by email while sharing the password in a separate message.
