Galleries
Creating a Gallery
A gallery is the page your client receives when you deliver their films.
Use it to collect the right videos, choose how long they stay online, shape the presentation, and share everything through one polished link.
Creating a New Gallery
Open the Galleries page or use the quick action on your Dashboard, then choose Create Gallery.
Give the gallery a clear name, such as the client's name, wedding date, event title, or project name. This name helps you find the gallery later and can be used in the client-facing experience.
Next, choose how long the gallery should stay online. You can select 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, or 5 years depending on how long your client needs access.
Storage Duration and Pricing
Vyredo prices gallery storage by file size and hosting length. Shorter hosting periods cost less, while longer periods keep the gallery available for more time.
Current storage rates are $1.00 per GB for 6 months, $1.40 per GB for 1 year, $1.70 per GB for 2 years, and $3.30 per GB for 5 years.
When you publish a gallery, the storage cost is calculated from the videos in that gallery and deducted from your wallet balance. You can review the cost before confirming.
Organising with Projects
Projects help keep your workspace tidy, especially when you are handling several clients or events at once.
You can group related galleries into a project folder, move galleries between projects, filter by project, or view galleries that have not been assigned yet. This makes it easier to separate weddings, commercial jobs, edits, or repeat clients.
Renaming and Deleting
You can rename a gallery whenever you need to, directly from your gallery list.
If you delete a gallery, it first moves to the Bin so you have a chance to recover it. Permanent deletion removes the gallery and its videos completely, so only use it when you are sure the files are no longer needed.
Gallery Expiration
Every gallery has an expiry date based on the storage duration you selected when it was created.
As the expiry date gets closer, Vyredo can notify you and your client so there is time to download, renew, or make a decision. Once a gallery expires, clients can no longer access it from the public link.
If you want to keep it online, renew the gallery by purchasing more hosting time.
