Notifications help you stay aware of important activity without checking every gallery manually.

Choose the alerts that matter to your workflow.

Available Notifications

Vyredo can notify you when a client views a gallery, downloads a video, when storage is close to its limit, or when a gallery is approaching expiry.

Each notification type can be turned on or off independently.

Client activity alerts let you know when someone opens a gallery or downloads a video.

This can help with follow-up after delivery, because you can see when the gallery has actually been viewed.

Storage warnings help you act before you run out of available space.

Expiry warnings remind you before a gallery's hosting period ends, so you can renew it, download files, or notify your client in time.

All notifications appear under the notification bell in the top navigation.

Open it to review recent alerts and keep track of important events across your account.
