Sharing & Delivery
Temporary Access
Temporary access lets you decide when a shared gallery link should stop working.
Use it for proofs, previews, time-sensitive deliveries, or situations where access should be available only for a defined period.
Setting an Expiry
Open the gallery sharing settings, enable temporary access, and choose an expiry date and time.
After that point, the public link will no longer open the gallery. Visitors will see a message explaining that access is no longer available.
Use Cases
Temporary access is useful when a gallery should not remain open forever.
You might use it for proofing cuts, early previews, promotional screenings, or client downloads that need a clear deadline.
Extending or Removing Expiry
You can change the expiry date whenever needed.
If a client needs more time, move the date forward. If the restriction is no longer needed, remove the expiry and the gallery will stay accessible for as long as its storage allocation is active.
Expired Gallery Behaviour
When temporary access expires, only the public access is turned off.
The gallery and videos remain in your dashboard. You can restore access by setting a new expiry date or removing the temporary access restriction.
